England have reached their first major men's final in 55 years after beating Denmark 2-1 in extra-time at Wembley.
Gareth Southgate's side will now face Italy in Sunday's final, which will be played at Wembley Stadium.
England took the lead through Mikkel Damsgaard's own goal, but Denmark equalised through Kasper Dolberg.
Harry Kane then scored the winning goal in extra-time to send England into the final.
It is the first time that England have reached a major men's final since the 1966 World Cup, when they beat West Germany 4-2.
England will be looking to make history and win their first major men's tournament since that famous victory.
